This position is a limited term appointment. Location: Met Park West Position is initially for the PARC project, with the potential to transition to a permanent role within the IS Training team. The PARC Training & Communications Lead is responsible for the development and delivery of a system to ensure accessible, up-to-date, effective and sustainable education for Epic users. To that end, the Training & Communications Lead provides leadership to and liaison between key stakeholders, including Business Owners, curriculum liaisons and the PARC team. In addition, the lead manages organizational communications around PARC and Epic implementation. Requires: Bachelor's degree in adult education, information technology, informatics or related field, at least 3 years coordinating ongoing projects involving varied stakeholders, demonstrated training and communications ability, and demonstrated knowledge of clinical software solutions and business software applications. Prefers: Teaching experience with blended learning format, preferably in a healthcare environment, 3 years instructional design, classroom instruction, or information technology services, knowledge and experience working in Epic, and expertise in Adobe FrameMaker.
